Although face to face classes are currently postponed, we are creating 6 week Dance for Parkinson’s video programmes and a range of video tutorials for those wanting to stay active. We also have an online library of videos with dance exercises ranging from warm ups and cool downs to exercises focusing on coordination, balance, strength and stamina.
This relaxed dance class focuses on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers.
No experience necessary, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
