Although face to face classes are currently postponed, we are creating weekly video tutorials for those wanting to stay active. We now have an online library of videos with dance exercises ranging from warm ups and cool downs to exercises focusing on coordination, balance, strength and stamina.

This relaxed dance class focuses on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers.

No experience necessary, please wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
