Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions our regular Youth Dance Programme (YDP) has been postponed until further notice.

In the meantime, we are also running a series of online Youth Dance classes including Online Contemporary Dance, Unify Youth Online Dance Sessions and an Online Creative Dance Taster.

Our regular YDP consists of the following styles:

Evolve Technique

This Contemporary dance technique class builds strength, stamina and coordination. with a emphasis on floor work and finding fluidity when moving. Challenging everyone on an individual level, this session is particularly suitable for anyone looking to develop their contemporary dance technique.

Evolve Youth Dance Company

This advanced Contemporary Youth Dance Company is suited to those young dancers who are especially interested in performing and creating choreography. Evolve Youth Dance Company work towards regular varied performance opportunities throughout the year such as True Motion which is the Lincolnshire strand of U.Dance.

Exodus Street Dance

Exodus is aimed at young people aged 10+ who wish to gain foundation knowledge, skills and understanding in the various hip-hop styles. Classes are a progression route into RedXco, our advanced level Hip Hop Youth Dance Company. Exodus also come together to showcase their achievement every year at our annual Community Dance Showcase and regularly seek further performance opportunities throughout the year.

JumpStart

JumpStart is our all male Breakdance Company for ages 10+. Dancers train and develop in the foundation steps of breaking with a professional b-boy every week and as a collective create new choreographic work for performance. Experience of Breakdance is not essential to join this group. JumpStart work towards regular varied performance opportunities throughout the year such as True Motion which is the Lincolnshire strand of U.Dance.

RedXco

RedXco is our advanced Hip Hop Youth Dance Company for ages 14+. The group work on various Hip Hop techniques such as Locking and Popping to an advanced level as well as creating and performing new street dance choreography. RedXco work towards regular varied performance opportunities throughout the year such as True Motion which is the Lincolnshire strand of U.Dance.
